A Very Vegas Christmas

Craziness! I've been feeling stressed and overwhelmed by my self-induced sky high holiday expectations, so what does the universe drop in my lap? A little lesson that forces me to drop everything and go play.

My sister has kidnapped me and is taking me to Vegas for the weekend! We're staying at a spa wayyyy off the strip and she's treating me to 3 days of nothing but massages, laying by the pool and total relaxation. And hopefully some good eats and dancing too.

My first reaction was there's no way in hell I can take 3 days off right before Christmas. But since it's already bought and paid for...I guess I'll have to find a way to cope with it. *grin*

I'm going to try to set up Twitter so I can update from my phone. Probably should've tested this locally, but I had less than 24 hours notice to get everything packed and wrapped and dogs taken care of before leaving. I'm on my way to the airport right now!
